Travel profiles are essential tools for us to ensure that your travel arrangements are booked correctly, every time. From the information you submit, we compile a dossier with your contact information and travel preferences. Not only does this save you time when you are booking your travel, it also ensures that you get that aisle seat or low sodium meal even when you forget to mention it to your agent.

For your convenience, the profile form is available to fill in online. The button below will take you to the form, and once you have completed it, just click the submit button at the bottom of the page. It couldn't be easier!

As an added service, all Avenue Travel clients have free access to the "Virtually There" website produced by Sabre, our reservation system technology provider. The "Virtually There" website contains your entire personalized itinerary, travel directions, weather and things to see and do in your destination city.

You can also print your e-ticket receipt, download your trip information to a handheld device, and even e-mail your trip plans to co-workers, family and friends. In addition, this site has a travel bulletin service that will give you up-to-date information about security concerns, airport procedures and more.
